I have been nominated twice now for the Five Day Art Chain thingy. Our Shammy did it first and then Anne Coreless who is the Chair of The Fine Art Trade Guild Art Committee where I am a member. Thanks to both of you. So I dunno whether I should nominate two other artists a day or do a series of days with a new artist a day… Oh dear!!! I reckon that I will nominate a couple of artists today and see what happens. Today I will nominate Alan Furneaux who is an old pal from the Artists Open Houses events here in Brighton but who moved away down to Cornwall. Great artist and an interesting artist to follow. Next I nominate Michael Tickner who also moved away from Brighton to Vancouver in Canada. Another full time pro with a distinctive style. Both of these guys have pictures hanging here in my own home. My own picture today is Family which is based on a drawing done by Shammy when she was little. It shows me in the days when I had green hair.
